Information only, no guarantees

Everything on this site is general information about our services. It isn't legal, financial, security, or other professional advice, and it may not fit your situation.

We work to keep the site accurate and current, but we don't promise that it is complete or error-free. Descriptions of services, packages, and plans are not offers. We don't guarantee any results, including traffic, search rankings, leads, or sales.

Working with us

Sending us a message, getting a quote, or talking with us doesn't create a contract or a client relationship. A project starts only when both sides sign a written agreement.

If you become a client, that agreement and its addenda cover our work and our services. If they conflict with these terms, the agreement wins.

Our content and brand

We own this website's text, design, graphics, logos, and code, except for things owned by other people, such as open-source software. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may view the site, and print or share a page for your own personal or business use. Please don't copy, sell, or reuse our content or branding without our written permission. You are welcome to link to our pages.

Who owns a client's finished website is covered by that client's agreement with us, not by these terms.

What you send us

You're responsible for what you send us, so please make sure it's accurate and that you have the right to send it. By sending us a message, you allow us to use it to respond to you and to run our business. How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

If you send us ideas or suggestions about our services or site, we may use them without owing you anything.

Other websites

This site may link to websites and services run by other people, such as Cloudflare. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices. A link isn't an endorsement. Use them at your own risk, and read their terms.

Availability and changes

We may change, pause, or remove any part of this site at any time without notice. We don't promise that the site will always be available, error-free, or secure. We don't offer an uptime guarantee for this website.

Limits on our liability

This site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises of any kind about it, whether stated or implied. That includes promises that it is accurate, suited for a particular purpose, or doesn't infringe anyone's rights.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business, that come from your use of this site, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability for any claim related to this site is limited to $100.

Our owners, members, and team aren't personally liable for claims related to this site.

Some places don't allow certain limits, so some of this may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit. Limits on liability for client work are in the client's signed agreement.

If your misuse causes us harm

If your misuse of this site, or your breaking of these terms, causes a third-party claim or a loss for us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs from it, including reasonable legal fees. This applies only to your own misuse and only to the extent the law allows.

Ending your access

We may block or limit your access to the site at any time, with or without notice, if we think you broke these terms or put the site or others at risk.

Governing law and disagreements

Kansas law governs these terms and your use of this site, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

If you have a disagreement with us about this site, please email us first and give us 30 days to work it out. If we can't, either side may bring the claim in the state or federal courts located in Kansas, and you agree to those courts' jurisdiction. This doesn't take away rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state that can't be waived.

Disagreements about client work are handled the way the client's signed agreement says.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect through this site and how we use it. It is part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.

The fine print

  • Everything together. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the full agreement between you and us about using this site. A signed client agreement is separate and controls for client work.
  • If part is invalid. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
  • No waiver. If we don't enforce a term right away, we haven't given it up.
  • No transfers. You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours, for example if our business is sold.
  • Email is fine. You agree we can contact you about these terms by email or by posting on this site.
